It’s the first weekday of spring break (not counting Friday, which I always have off), and here has been my schedule for the last 13 hours:
4AM-8AM reading
8AM-1PM sleep
1PM-5PM reading

I just finished The Da Vinci Code in 2 sittings. Why? I have no idea. I haven’t actually read a real book just for fun in a long time (maybe since the last Harry Potter book?), and I guess I just wanted to finish this one. It keeps stuff moving pretty fast, which I guess let me read it all like that. Still, kind of strange. I’m tired but know I shouldn’t go to sleep now, since it’s evening time. I’m starting to feel a little sick, so hopefully I can shake this off in a few days. Maybe I just wanted to stay up since it’s spring break and I can do it?

But yeah, overall, a good book. Definitley not a classic, but I’m glad I was finally able to see what all the hooplah was about. If you haven’t read it yet, you might as well give it a shot. Oh ya it’s funny that I’ve had this book since Japan, I think I got it from Trevor or someone. And I think he stole it from Molestache. Oops!

OK everyone, let’s get me a free iPOD! Yeah, yeah you see these stupid links everywhere, I know. I do too. But hey, I saw something on TechTV over break, and apparently it works, they just take forever to get you your iPod. Has anyone actually gotten theirs? Post a comment here or something, I’m curious.

But hey, you! Sign up with the link below, and do one of the easy offers. I need a few more people to do it. The eFax one and the Stamps.com look really easy. I did the efax one for another iPod offer to help a friend out, and it took literally like 3 days from start to finish. You sign up with your credit card, let them approve it on the iPod site, then go to their website to cancel your account. EASY AS PIE. Even if you don’t want a free iPod yourself (if you have one, get another), you could help me out. Yeah I’m a loser, but I’d like a free gadget.

Let the breaking begin!

Spring break starts NOW! I’m staying in Bloomington to take care of stuff until probably Wednesday or Thursday, then going to St. Louis until Sunday. It’s going to be nice to wake up late, not have any real schedule, and just get a few things done that I need to do (like applications and looking for internships).

I guess I’m not technically done for break yet; I still have an M303 homework that I’m going to write and e-mail to my professor now. It was due Tuesday at midnight…oops! Still not as bad as my (poorly done) History of Tokyo final paper in Japan. I turned that one in about 5 days late and 3 pages too short, bahaha.

Still though, it’s break, and I might have some good time to relax in the coming week; yeeha!

Smarter than a quarterback

I took the NFL Wonderlic test or whatever it’s called in Z302 a few weeks ago. You’ll be happy to know I’m smarter than the average football player, so that’s good I guess. Haha. 38.

Got milk? NO

Seriously, how does milk spoil so fast? I bought a little jug of milk on Sunday and barely used/drank a third of it. It’s Wednesday night now and its already starting to smell bad. There goes the 3 or 4 bucks I spent on that jug of milk. I know my fridge isn’t bad or anything, or else all of my food would be spoiled. Jeez. I’m only going to buy the little bottles or cartons from now on. No more wasting half gallons of the stuff.

Tonight was the live Hoosier Date show at the Bluebird. It was fun, but a lot of work. I’m way too tired to write about it now, but I’ll get to it soon. Also will probably post some pics.

I’m in the progress of signing up for a new Gmail account (it will be my third). I thought the response it gave me was funny:

anthonyleong is not available, but the following usernames are:
